I had an appointment with Dr. Dmitry. It wasn't my first time. I was very pleased with everything. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly. I had a cleaning, which I don't really like, but everything went quickly, gently, and smoothly. My next appointment will be with Dr. Dmitry at Factor Smile, although I'm sure all the specialists there are excellent.

I had an appointment with Dr. Dmitry and was very pleased with the visit. During the consultation, the doctor performed a thorough oral examination, took X-rays, and then performed a professional dental cleaning. Everything was as comfortable and painless as possible.
I'd also like to point out that the doctor thoroughly explained my current dental condition and offered a clear, step-by-step treatment plan—without rushing or pushing unnecessary procedures. He's a very pleasant specialist, and his professionalism and attentiveness to the patient are evident.
I was also impressed by the friendly and caring staff—from the moment you walk in, you feel like you're in good hands. 🙂

I had my four wisdom teeth removed here before getting braces. I can't bring myself to say anything bad about it. The service is top-notch. They'll schedule an appointment for any convenient date, find a time just for you, and help you sort out and fill out the paperwork. Absolutely zero complaints. The clinic itself isn't huge, but it's quite spacious. There's plenty of space, especially for waiting. The doctors here are excellent. I've seen at least two surgeons and haven't noticed anything questionable.

I had a bad experience—I broke a tooth while on vacation. I went to this clinic, and they saw me urgently and without any problems. They fixed my broken tooth in one visit. It was a bit painful, but bearable. The price was reasonable.

I got aligners here to straighten my teeth. The leading doctor was M. Kuchmina. Everything was clear: the scan, the treatment plan on the screen, and how long it would take. I've been wearing them for three months now and the changes are already visible. The aligners themselves are comfortable and don't interfere. The service is excellent.

The clinic staff is incompetent.
They created an unreasonable dental treatment plan with an indecently inflated price.
But the most disconcerting thing is that Dr. Roman allowed himself to make unambiguous hints to my wife, which left her completely bewildered, and the impression of a visit to this place will forever remain an unpleasant memory.
